While working together we will practice:

Ways to promote rest, regulation and resiliency through practices including yoga, meditation and mindful self compassion

Self compassion and connecting to your soul essence

Acceptance of self and a commitment to ongoing healing and health

Connecting with all aspects of self from a mind, body and soul level
