My role is to help you create a space where you can fully embrace the human experience, inviting you to live with mindful awareness as you tend to what’s most present.

This space is designed to support the internal shifts that allow you to meet yourself wherever you are. Having worked with clients from childhood to end of life, I deeply understand the value of our time here.

Through my knowledge and guidance, I offer you the space to explore who you are, what you're going through, and what matters most right now.

With an integrative and holistic approach, I aim to support your wholeness, working with your nervous system, mind, body, and soul

From a young age, I felt a calling to become a therapist. I believe that while we each have our own innate ability to heal, we also need one another’s support. Sometimes, that support comes in the form of a therapeutic space where we can truly meet ourselves.

While my work is deeply meaningful to me, I also value my personal time. I enjoy reading, spending time outdoors, experiencing live music, and traveling. I'm a proud Siamese cat and Sheltie mom, a partner, a music lover, a yogi, and a foodie
